As your Doula,
I hope you feel elevated in your birth and postpartum journey, while I provide you the education to make informed choices and support without judgment, and with hands on care.
What a Doula Does?
I can help educate on the different practices, choices, and the rights a person has during birth and postpartum to help guide the whole family into making informed decisions.
While providing you this information, my goal is for you to feel empowered during this transition of life, and continue on with confidence in the challenges and choices that may come.
My ability to anticipate the needs and wants of a family during pregnancy, birth and postpartum care, and I will provide families as a whole with nurturing support without judgment and hands on care as needed.
Meet Your Doula
I am a dedicated doula that supports birthing people and families throughout their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. With a certified background in Early Childhood Education and Care and years of experience, I bring a deep understanding of childbirth and parenting, informed by my personal experiences of birthing one child in the hospital and two at home.
My approach is holistic, gentle, and rooted in the belief that every person deserves compassionate and personalized care during this transitional time in their life.
I reside in southern New Hampshire, with my husband, Ben and our three children, Roman, Piper, and Winni— as well as our two dogs and two cats . In my own time I enjoy yoga, cooking, hiking and spending time at the water.
