What comes with Postpartum Support?
Interview (virtual or in-person) to ensure I am the right Doula for your postpartum experience.
1 prenatal visit.
16+ hours of in home (or virtual) postpartum support. (16 hours minimum) Sessions are split into 2-6 hours.
Video, text or call support for the duration of your care.
